Tenant Errors

It has come to our attention that many tenants do not seem to utilize the options available to them. Many tenants of homes have some sort of portal to submit work that needs to be done. Please use this. It speeds up the process greatly. When using this be aware that a service technician, or maintenance crew will be calling you to set a convenient schedule to do the work. Having your phone off, or a voicemail box that is full slows down the process. Ignoring phone numbers you are not familiar with also slows this process down. When we get a work request from our realtor friends we often attempt to contact the tenant within 36 hours. Have a couple of convenient days and times when a TENANT is available. This person must be aware of what work was place in the request. The time it takes to do much of the work that we do often is several hours. Please keep this in mind when you set your appointment. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us make your experience with us a pleasant one.
